I've not written for ages on this thing. I tend to get caught up in life and forget it, but I guess it's time to update everyone on what's going on around this place!
First of all, our new puppy Buster has arrived and is 3 months old today! He sure is growing! I have a light in my bedroom ceiling instead of my wall where it was formerly, and one more drywalled dining room wall and almost all the ceiling done. The other two walls are going to be cut to make it more open in here, and so we couldn't just drywall them. Life gets so incredibly busy with our church functions, district events and all that and our renovation work seems to constantly be put on hold. REALLY ANNOYING!!!
It's almost time for school to start again and I've gone through a real upheaval trying to decide how to get each kid where they need to be by year end next year. In particular, Josh. He's come so far, but time is running out for him. Next week begins his 17th year and his final year of highschool. He's doing awesome but we have a lot of academics to fit in to make sure he's caught up in everything before graduation day next spring.
Today is going to be spent planning out textbooks and school and figuring what else needs doing before Monday. Lots of work ahead!
